500hr Yoga Teacher, Addiction Recovery Coach, Somatic Healing Certification

My journey has been one of transformation and healing, both personally and professionally. I’m a recovering addict, and through my own experiences, I’ve learned the incredible power of mindfulness, movement, and compassion in recovery. These principles now guide my work as an addiction recovery coach and somatic practitioner, where I support others as they navigate their own paths to healing.

Yoga has been such an important part of my recovery and my life. My favorite style of yoga is Yin Yoga, a practice that improves joint health and invites introspection, while holding deep stretching postures to release tension and trauma stored in the body. My favorite pose is Pigeon—both a physical and metaphorical expression of the release of pain and the opening of the heart. I truly believe in the power of yoga to heal not just the body, but the mind and spirit, and I love sharing that with others.

Outside of my work, I’m an avid runner, I love to paint, and am a mom of 6. As a mom, I understand the importance of balance in all aspects of life—between work, play, family, and self-care. I’m dedicated to helping others find this balance, whether on the mat, in recovery, or in everyday life.
